Coming Next Month: Put The Kettle On

Available as podcast, or to read online

Do you have a remarkable story to tell? Some of us have experienced an incredible moment in our lives. Some joyful, and some we would rather not experience again. And likely, a cup of tea was somehow there too. A long lost friend was found, and a pot of tea was shared. Someone close to us passes, but at the end of the day, a cup of tea soothed the heartache.

If you have a particularly interesting story to tell, we’d love to hear it, and share it with our readers in a new feature called “Put The Kettle On.” “Put The Kettle On” is a series of heartwarming or heart rending stories from the lives of our readers, which will be available as a podcast, or to read online. But it’s also the story of how a thing so simple as tea is quietly interwoven into our lives. Sometimes we take tea for granted, but all the while it is just there – to celebrate one moment, or to calm another.

And maybe you don’t remember the type of tea, but you’ll remember that tea was somehow part of the story, part of the memory. We’d love to hear and share your stories, and to touch the lives of other readers. Sign up for the newsletter to stay posted.

  • Where are the people involved now, and what is happening to them now? i.e. bring us up to date
