Tea Education for All

The Tea Association of the USA, the recognized authority on specialty tea here in the states, has one specific goal – to teach Americans about tea. For both individuals and businesses alike, they aim to educate as many as possible about the different styles of tea and where they originate from, in turn helping to grow the tea trade right here at home.

STI, or the Specialty Tea Institute, was formed to help people learn all there is to know about cultivating, harvesting and preparing tea. If you want to learn about proper tea language, flavor profiles, the correct brewing techniques or anything tea, check out their events on the Tea Association’s website. Coming in August (6th – 9th), they are featuring the STI Learning Expo in Dallas, TX, complete with certification classes.
