With so many news stories of different foods being labeled Superfoods, the topic can cause the eyes of many to glaze over and the attention span to drastically wane. However, with the many known benefits tea can have on the body, this is definitely one food (well…beverage) that may just deserve that overused moniker. Tea has nutrients that many different areas of the human body can utilize, including, but not limited to, the brain, bones and skin. Not to mention it’s oh-so-relaxing to sit and enjoy a cup.
