Chai Brandy Alexander

0

If you’ve never had a Brandy Alexander but are a fan of chai, you’re going to love this one. The spicy notes of chai perfectly complement the subtly sweet chocolate creaminess of the creme de cacao and cream, while the brandy adds rich, dark undertones. Pairs well with good company and pumpkin pie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce brandy
  • 1 ounce creme de cacao
  • 2 ounces cold-brewed chai
  • 1 ounce cream
  • Ice
  • Nutmeg to garnish

Directions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine brandy, creme de cacao, chai, cream, and ice.
  2. Shake well, and then strain into a glass.
  3. Garnish with a generous sprinkle of nutmeg.
