Turns out tea on its own can’t fully detox the body, either — but the addition of other herbal ingredients found in most commercial detox blends can help.
Does that mean you should shelve the detox? Of course not! The brews are still good for you and can provide many beneficial properties, but they’re not the be-all, end-all of healthful living.
