Recent research has revealed that tea can help control and even prevent type 2 diabetes, thanks to the presence of polyphenols, which help regulate glucose in the body.

Granted, studies show that you’ll need to drink at least six cups of tea per day to decrease your risk of type 2 diabetes by 33%… but hey, that’s just another reason to drink more tea.
