We’re celebrating the first day of September by holding onto Summer days with this recipe for a fruity Matcha Mango Pineapple Smoothie. Zeth Huckabay (co-founder of Mizuchi Matcha, certified health coach, and private chef) crafted this recipe after lunch when he was craving something sweet and feeling like he was in need of a pick-me-up. This refreshing treat totally transported Zeth this his happy place, gave him the energy to get through his day and curbed that chocolate cake craving.
Matcha Mango Pineapple Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped ripe mango
- 1 cup fresh cubed pineapple
- 1 cup rice milk (substitute your favorite milk)
- 1 tablespoon mizuchi matcha lemonade
- 1 teaspoon mizuchi matcha ceremony grade
- 1/2 cup ice
Add mango, pineapple, rice milk, mizuchi matcha lemonade, mizuchi matcha ceremony grade and ice to a blender. Process until smooth!
