A recent study looked into the lives of Japanese women in an attempt to discover why they enjoy such long lives. The key? Raw fish and green tea! Researchers found the combination of sushi and green tea. These, in conjunction with some other common super foods like Konbu seaweed, have ensured a longer life for the women of Japan. Japanese women enjoy an average life expectancy of 86.4 years, 4 more years than British women  with 82.6 years.
