Save precious time waiting in line for your chai fix; with this easy recipe, you can do it yourself! We’re sticking with a cardamom-infused flavor theme here. Combined with spicy nutmeg, it gives this chai latte a warm and fragrant flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 packets of Nektar Honey Crystals
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons of strong loose-leaf black tea, like Assam or English Breakfast
Method
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, spices and Nektar Honey Crystals and bring to a boil. Then cover and turn heat off. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- In a separate small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Then turn off heat and put the loose tea in the water. Let sit for 5 minutes. Strain out the tea leaves.
- If desired, strain the milk mixture through cheesecloth.
- Pour milk mixture into two mugs and stir in tea evenly. Garnish with more cinnamon. Can also be served cold.
