Glamping is simply glamorous camping. Imagine, if you will, trees draped with twinkling lights; old picnic tables hidden by fine colorful linens covered in festive dishes, cups and saucers; or lavish furnishings in the tent or camper. That is the essence of glamping. You basically gather every luxurious thing you own, including furniture, and drag it with you out into the wilderness. Or you can check into a glamping resort. They offer cottages and cabins so posh, you’ll quickly forget you are actually ‘camping’.
Why not host a glamping tea party? Combine elements of nature with your decor, but in an elegant way. Flowers & wood can create a natural ambiance, while keeping with the luxurious feel of the gathering. String lights or colorful pennants between trees. Use tree stumps as the seating around the table. The possibilities are endless!
