Yields 1.5 to 2 cups.
Ingredients
- 4 chai ice cubes (made by freezing a chai concentrate, such as Rishi’s Masala Chai Tea Concentrate, in an ice cube tray)
- 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 frozen banana—use those over-ripe bananas you didn’t get to eat! Just peel, put in a freezer bag and freeze to use in smoothies.)
- Optional adds: Up to 1/2 cup frozen berries, such as strawberries, blueberries or mixed berries
Method
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
